What we collect
We collect the information you give us: the name, business name, email, phone number and message you submit on a quote request; the contact, billing and delivery details you enter at checkout; and the email address used to sign in to a staff account.
How we use it
- To answer quote requests and sourcing enquiries
- To create, confirm and fulfil orders, including freight booking
- To send order confirmations, payment instructions and shipment updates
- To keep records required for tax, resale certificates and dispute handling
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
Information is stored in our hosted database and sent through an email delivery provider so order and quote emails reach you. Freight carriers receive only the contact and address details needed to deliver your shipment.
Payments
Payments are made by direct transfer using the method you select at checkout. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials on this site.
Cookies and local storage
Your browser stores your cart locally so it survives a page reload, and a sign-in session cookie is set for staff accounts. These are required for the site to function.
Retention
Order records are retained as long as needed for accounting and dispute purposes. Quote requests are retained while they are being worked and for follow-up.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us through the contact page or email support@liquidationhubs.com.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 13.
