Returns & claims policy

We do offer refunds where the applicable terms are met

Liquidation inventory is sold as-is, but you are never stuck with a load that arrived damaged, short or wrong. Where the conditions below are met, we issue a refund, a partial credit, or a replacement lot:

  • Freight damage — pallets crushed, water damaged or broken in transit, noted on the delivery receipt and photographed on arrival.
  • Concealed damage — damage found under the wrap and reported within 5 business days with photographs.
  • Shortage — pallets or cartons missing on arrival, refunded at the per-unit value of the lot.
  • Wrong or materially mismatched lot — what ships does not match the listing or its manifest.
  • Order cancelled by us — a listing error or a lot already sold is refunded in full.

Approved claims are settled by refund to the original payment method, a credit against a future lot, or a replacement where equivalent inventory exists. The full terms, evidence requirements and exclusions are below.

Lots are otherwise non-returnable

Liquidation lots are sold as-is, in bulk, at wholesale prices. Orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because of resale performance, slow sell-through, unsold units, or condition variance that falls within the stated grade.

Cancelling before shipment

An unpaid order can be cancelled before payment clears. Once payment has been received and the lot is scheduled for release, the sale is final. Where we cancel an order — for example a listing error or a lot already sold — any amount paid is refunded in full.

Freight damage and shortage

Inspect the shipment before signing. Count the pallets, check the wrap and note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. A clean signed receipt makes a carrier claim very difficult to win. Concealed damage should be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Manifest discrepancy

Where a manifest is supplied and the delivered lot materially differs from it, file a claim within 5 business days of delivery. Manifests describe the lot as supplied by the seller; minor variance in unit count or substituted like-for-like items is normal in liquidation and is not treated as a discrepancy.

What to include in a claim

  • Your order number and the lot SKU
  • A photograph of the delivery receipt with damage or shortage noted
  • Photographs of the freight before the wrap was removed
  • Photographs of the affected pallets and units
  • For a manifest claim: the line items received versus the manifest

How claims are resolved

We review the evidence with the seller and, where freight is involved, with the carrier. Approved claims are resolved by a partial credit, a replacement lot where equivalent inventory exists, or a refund of the affected portion. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's own claim process.

Not covered

  • Damage caused after delivery or during your own handling
  • Units that fail testing on unmanifested or untested lots
  • Missing accessories, packaging or manuals on customer return lots
  • Claims filed after the 5 business day window
