Terms of sale & use
Who can buy
Liquidation Hubs sells wholesale lots to business buyers with a United States delivery address. By placing an order you confirm you are purchasing for business or resale purposes and are able to receive palletized freight.
Lots are sold as-is
Liquidation inventory is sold as-is and where-is, without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Condition grades, unit counts and manifests describe the lot as supplied to us and are not a guarantee of resale value or sell-through.
Estimated retail value
Estimated retail value is the reference value supplied with a listing. It is not an appraisal, a price you will achieve, or a promise of margin.
Pricing and availability
Prices are fixed and shown per lot. Inventory is one-of-a-kind; a lot can sell before your order is completed. Where a listing contains a pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Payment
Orders are created as Payment Pending and must be paid in full before freight is released. Accepted methods depend on order value and are set out on the payment information page. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and the lot relisted.
Freight and title
Freight terms, accessorial charges and receiving obligations are set out in the shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the lot is loaded at the Lincoln, Nebraska warehouse.
Returns and claims
Lots are non-returnable. Manifest discrepancy and freight damage claims are handled under the returns and claims policy.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or republish listing data, interfere with the site, or submit false business or payment information. Accounts used for fraudulent orders or chargeback abuse may be closed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost resale opportunity or other indirect damages.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published at the time you place an order governs that order.
